Hey everyone this week we are toning and sculpting the upper body with a Kettle bell. So if you have seen this piece of equipment at the gym and aren't sure what to do with it, or if you own one at home and are looking for a different workout to mix it up this video is for you. All you need is yourself and a kettle bell that is 10-15lbs.
20 Biceps Curl
20 Single arm straight arm raises to the front (10 each side)
20 Alternating bucket raises (10 each side)
20 Single Arm biceps curl to press (10 each side)
20 Triceps extension
Rest 60-90 seconds
Repeat 3-5x
