10-15 decline push ups on the swing (beginner: just put one foot on the swing and the other on the ground. Advanced: add an atomic crunch in between each push-up)
20 incline lunge with leg lift (20 on each side)
20 inverted rows
20 triceps dip on bench or curb
To kick it up a notch, run a lap around the playground or park in between each round. Aim for 3 rounds for a complete workout or, if you have time, do more! Fitness is about challenging yourself but you also want to have fun! If you're bored with your workout, you aren't going to stick with it and consistence is key.
