What is a superset? A super set is two exercises performed 1 after the other with little to no rest in between. Super sets are great to incorporate into your workout and are pretty challenging. Today we are using a superset to burn out the biceps.

20 bicep curls with resistance band
Rest at the end & repeat 3x
