20 walking high knees w/ jumping jack arms (right/left is one rep)
20 open/close with knees bent (low impact: knees bent stepping side to side)
20 mountain climbers (right/left is one rep) with 2 pushups in between every 5 mountain climbers. Modify push ups when needed
Try your best, and don't hesitate to modify when necessary.
