Challenge The Core Exercise:
Squat:
Beginners: Place hands behind your head
Advanced: Place hands behind your head, squat with high knee to twist
Bicep curls:
Balance on one leg
Lunge:
Beginners: arms out to goal post (90 degree angle) and step back to lunge and twist towards the front knee
Advanced: step back lunge, double twist to high knee and hop
