Champions League Final Workout:
Warm up:
10 jumping jacks
10 walking high knees (each side)
10 running high knees (each side)
10 alternating toe taps on soccer ball (each side)
10 butt kickers (each side)
Rest and repeat 3x
Workout
10 squats holding ball out in front of you
10 chop squats with ball (each side)
Plank with 10 alternating hand taps on the ball (each side)
10 Burpees with the soccer ball
Rest and repeat 3-5x
