Tip 1: Walking lunges with a front kick
Tip 2: Tricep Dips
Tip 3: Criss- cross mountain climbers
Tip 4: Running High knees (keep heart rate up) at stop signs
Aim for 15-20 repetitions of each exercise. To REALLY pump up your run, do 3 sets of each exercise!
