15 minute Road Warrior Workout:
- 20 bicep curls with the resistance band, 5 double arm, 5 single alternating arm until you reach 20
- 20 squats with resistance band
- 20 tricep dips on chair
- 20 single leg squats (10 on each leg)
- 10 pushups
- 50 jump rope jumps
Depending on your fitness level, 1 round of this workout can take you anywhere from 3-5 minutes to complete. Rest for 1-2 minutes and then complete as many rounds as you have time for. Aim for 3 which should take you about 15 minutes, but if you have more time than throw a couple more rounds in and aim for 4-5 rounds
REST
Repeat 3-5x
This workout is also GREAT because it is quick and easy and can help you get energized from that important business meeting or conference, or even give you an excuse to escape from the relatives for a little bit and recharge yourself.
