One of my goal for this season is to build bigger legs and glutes (of course!) This workout consisted of heavier weights than usual and some squat PRs. My preworkout meal is a load of carbs, proteins and a little fat. I eat this meal 1hour30 before I hit the gym. The preworkout I use before heavy workouts like this one is PreWod but I prefer the PreSet for workout with more reps and less rest.
