Recipe!
Sauce ingredients:
• 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 5 tablespoons honey
• 5 cloves of garlic; minced (or substitute ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
& salt and pepper to taste
• 600g boneless (or not), skinless chicken thighs
& your own veggie preferences, but i used 200g trimmed dwarf beans, 1 chopped carrot, 300g new potatoes peeled
What do:
-Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and leave to the side
-Place the chicken thighs, carrots, and new potatoes into the slow cooker. Pour over that sweet honey sauce.
-Either set to High for 3/4 hours, or low for 8 hours. Stir hourly.
-In the last 30 mins, put in the trimmed dwarf beans.
