In Today's video, I'll show you my best build I ever made and explain how it works and what you need. It an insane build with talents and everything that goes hand in hand, insane synergy.
My build is PVP focused but it also works in PVE with some changes, I never thought it would be this good when I had the idea in the beta, but with new additions and more theorycraft it just insane. With talents such as clutch on gloves, safeguard on kneepads, berserk on the chest, using the chatterbox for the holstered talent with a vector as the main gun with insane rpm/rate of fire. Good luck building this, it wasn't easy but at least you guys have my build to go through and you can probably make the new meta build as well, or as I call it my best build I ever made in the division history.
