Try this 15 Minute Dumbbell Back Workout at home. This is a dumbbell full-back workout you can do anywhere as long as you have access to a pair of dumbbells between 10lb-30lb. This is a beginner-friendly workout as well - just use lighter weights than I used in the video (10lb-30lb range)
