This was a feast to the eye and the ear, eye candy and ear candy !!! This screams American pop but it doesn’t feel forced nor pushed on the girls, quite the opposite in my opinion, it felt very natural and the girls killed it. I said it previously already but whenever they sing in English their sass, attitude, sexiness comes out and you can definitely tell here! PLUS THE LYRICS!!! It’s got that innocence and sweet appearance but then if you know, YOU KNOW nsnsnsnsn
Jisoo killed her part! I doesn’t look like she has that much lines unfortunately but she killed the lines she had! Lisa absolutely destroyed that rap part (plus I love that they kept some Korean in here to really highlight the east and west collab), her line with the Mona Lisa is ICONIC! Rosé and Jennie truly come through with their vocals in English and made that song a lot more spicy in my opinion. The MV felt like one cohesive MV even though Selena and BP weren’t together is still felt like one piece so props to the editing team lol
Loved this release and I hope we would get a photobook for this as well because it’d be a shame to not get to see more of the looks in here cause the SERVE!
