Norwegian DJ and production phenom, Lido, and R&B crooner, Santell, team up to announce the R&B inspired The Passion Project. To go along with the news the pair has also released the standout first single, "Ashley", from the project specially designed to make hearts gush. "Ashley" is a slow jam showcasing both artists' long time affinity and respect for R&B that can be heard throughout the whole EP. The Passion Project is an homage to the genre while retaining a nostalgic sound, tongue in cheek lyrics and real emotion behind the music and themes. Lido and Santell started writing an R&B song together during a session earlier this year which led to them continuing to write more tracks until they had The Passion Project. Lido will be embarking on a national tour starting in Vancouver on October 20th. Check out "Ashley" and don't miss Lido on tour through October and November.
