Have you ever seen the Lotte Tower in Seoul, South Korea? I have recreated it in this scene for you, I watched a few videos of the Lotte Tower to get an idea of how the lights worked, my scene isn't 100% accurate but I hope I got the general idea of how they lit up at night. So spend a night in a fictional hotel opposite the Lotte Tower, overlooking the City of Seoul. With 8 hours of very heavy rain on the window and building sides, but no thunder for gentle steady sleep, I hope this can help you fall asleep fast!
