There are a lot of merits for them opting out of an NA release

  • I believe PSO2 is going to be okay in this regard. I would not anticipate non-JP players after putting in years of grinding 16, to change. If you truly consider it, their tradeable loot/wealth probably has real world value. Clearly the mention of which may be meseta pso2 looked down upon, but the one thing that would make these players change over is if older clan/guild friends were planning on becoming busy. Clearly Microsoft can go in either way, but they may even cut back on the micro-transactions. That could also be a factor in determining if the switch is well worth it.

    How's phantasy star online 2?

So yeah, I quit BDO, took me long enough I understand, but the combat is just unmatched, and stay the sole reason I played Phantasy Star Online 2. Considering other MMOs, I tried to return to WoW and GW2, however, BDO just spoiled me when it comes to combat, I do not believe I will ever be able to return tbh. So attempted searching for a different, and the only action battle MMOs are soul and blade and phantasy on line 2, watched some videos on the internet and I really really enjoyed what I saw out of PO2.

My question here is this, what is Phantasy Star Online 2 doing these days? I mean I know it is old as **** but from what I heard the populace remains large in japan? They state it rivals FFXIV that I call bullshit on that one. In addition, I read to be able to play in English is a bitch, and also the sign up procedure appears to be a damn nightmare, to add to that Phantasy Star Online 2 is a whooping 50gb. Is Phantasy Star Online 2 worth it in your view?

Yes. Personally I disagree with lots of the comments here. There are a lot of merits for them opting out of an NA release. Customer support is not just friendly, but can respond to NA players in English who even pay for Phantasy Star Online 2. They are aware that there's a lot of love for Phantasy Star Online 2 over in the west and a great deal of western players play it. As NA players, we'd miss out on a lot because of localization and licensing. JP are also the last to see when it eventually shuts down also so there is even more reasons not to bring it over right there.

But Phantasy Star Online 2 is similar to Monster hunter. It is easy early on. And it makes Dark Souls look simple at endgame. More emphasis on skills rather than builds which are also equally as important. I'd advise asking this on r/PSO2 rather than a salt mine of gamers still looking for nothing to perform who also have a prejudice for FFXIV and GW2. I was rather surprised to see that other comment about BDO though to buy PSO2 Meseta be honest. That game has a great deal going for this. Personally, I do not play it to the battle. I am mainly a lifeskiller who grinds in groups at locations like Gyfins for fun.
