It is a flattened meter, but it is uncertain how this will impact shot precision. I have no view on it however you can bet it will be among the most discussed aspects of this trailer at the days that are forthcoming. Keep an eye out for NBA 2K21's top developer Mike Wang giving a bit more insight on this. NBA 2K21 was largely developed during a pandemic, and the current-gen variant is coming out only a couple of months prior to a next-gen version that has MT 2K21 to be radically better--at least from a visual perspective.

Without taking steps with each of those modes, NBA 2K21 will appear like NBA 2K20. The Neighborhood clip reveals something called 2K Beach which appears to result in a pair of outdoor courts, but that is speculation. Another bit of speculation centers around this notion. In the trailer, 2K makes the purpose of players and even puts the titles of countries on the screen. This looks like a hint that the Neighborhood might develop into The World. We'll find out soon.
After fans raised concerns regarding what this cost means for games, and even next-gen video games in general, Zelnick was given the opportunity to better explain this impactful choice and assist millions of players make peace with that price point. Instead, Zelnick offered something...a little less reassuring.
"There has not been a cost increase for frontline titles for a very long time, in spite of the fact that it costs a excellent deal more to make those titles," Zelnick said of NBA 2K21's raised cost. "And we believe with the value we provide customers...and the kind of experience you can only have on those next-generation consoles, the cost is justified. But it's easy to say that if you are delivering outstanding quality, and that's what our firm prides itself on doing"
With due regard to Strauss Zelnick, Take-Two's employees, along with the NBA 2K21 group, we are not sure that statement justifies NBA 2K21's next-gen price. There are matters about Zelnick's choice of words that are concerning. To be clear, this isn't an argument against whether there must eventually be games. While I have a tendency to side with PlayStation executive Shawn Layden who stated that the best way to combat rising game costs is to Buy 2K21 MT concentrate more on smaller names, the fact is that larger games are eventually going to become more expensive to buy.
