The frequency that you play a complete wash group in comp is very high -- it is the same as playing a set of randoms at rec in which you win by 40 but you had to wait for a half hour to play with them and then you need to wait another half an hour to actually play with the NBA 2K21 MT specific same group. My buddies and I used to wait out those games since we really wanted to play good comp and we did this for like two years but it's simply not worth it. I am not arguing the wait time being ridiculous, it certainly is and I understand the frustrations of not wanting to restart your staff every 20-30 games so you can get fast matchups.
But at the exact same time you're more likely to play a much better team in proam than you are in Rec. The 5 individual wannabe comp teams in rec are frankly ass 99 percent of their time. We see it all of the time playing against the 5 man elite teams, its hilarious. It's only a problem since those 5 individual Elite teams, however awful they are, are likely to beat any group of randoms. 2k is mostly to blame for these teams moving to rec because of the horrible matchmaking in proam needless to say. But if we're being honest that the dudes such as in OP's screenshot are likely all typical players who conquer randoms in the most dickish manners possible (Zone Defense, Offensive Set) and will be exactly the same kinds of men that will start flopping up when up.
That type of stuff is tbh. All the best teams we've played have been in Proam, no doubt. If im playing rec with 2-3 of my buddies it's no contest, and we've never seen a squad of these kind of dudes come close in skill to higher grade proam teams. The guys in this screenshot are most likely pretty crap and are never going to get to even pro-bronze. A random group of like two pro 1 gamers and amateur-whatever players can regularly beat these kinds of teams so long as the am players don't completely sell NBA 2K21 (which realistically does happen all the time).
Because you've got pro am expertise -- you know that a good deal of teams such as this are just going to begin yelling at each other and completely selling NBA 2K21 prior to the conclusion of the first quarter and then everyone is just going to get off NBA 2K21 and not speak to each other for two days. For many years, this subreddit loves making names such as"too scared to play comp" without ever actually getting a five together themselves and trying to play ace am as players. It is possible to see from what folks are saying that they don't have any idea what ace am looks like what is actually occurring when people are getting a bunch of five collectively for rec. The subreddit is a lot of 1 players who play solo.
Maybe these guys play a dickhead-style -- I have played with those sorts of men that are trapping amateur 1 point guards and stealing every pass and not even letting them get up some shots when it's clear you'll win by 50 in case you wished to. I agree there is Buy 2K21 MT a good proportion of these sorts of men out there. There's also a good chance they're just ordinary people trying to perform NBA 2K21. This subreddit yells about just how awful randoms are but are then shocked when people make friends in order that they do not have to play with randoms.
