That is alright if they make it 120

  • What about players who have 99 construction? I know I do not feel like dropping millions on planks and nails to find. If you're level 99 structure and don't desire construction xp, the OSRS poll means almost nothing to you. Building xp is one of RuneScape gold the rewards in RS3. There is also the notion of buffs in the form of relics and totems for other skills and activities too. For example, even at 99 construction, when I engage in a disco's neighborhood construction, I may acquire buff to agility training or associated activities. I am talking about permanent game features like totems (from Anachronia activities) and relics (out of Archaeology).

We get a complimentary tele to house spell like wars escape. Lock it behind a structure or pursuit requirement I do not mind. We then begin developing actual PoH fixtures that are useful but instead of collect materials - click - finish. Each piece of furniture acts as the smithing rework spend some time once you eventually finish it slowly constructing this shiny piece of furniture with a xp fall. You could place it out so there are 3-4 distinct houses you could wind up with by the time you get to 99 without needing to repeat any builds if that is the route that you need to go down. You can build a PvM hub or a skillers home or a chill hangout zone. Maybe a giant trophy cabinet.

Inventors workbench, flea channel, herb patch, fishing pit, boss portal, bonfire, adrenaline crystal, lender torso etc.. Or new content such as a portal required to access a new slayer monster/quest. I really like it when they release content that has a periodic xp drop such as arch, soul runecrafting or anachronia agility course. Even better if by the end of the building skill you actually have something concrete and significant that will assist out your account instead of the rubble from prawnbrokers that is 24k. The Retreat of war should have been a POH upgrade change my mind. Everyone could be teleporting to their POH for their boss area. With War's you get to find different players and there's generally people chillin' out and talking.

That is alright if they make it 120. However they will need to add to the skill to make it worthwhile. Perhaps a Player-Owned Village (PoV). A PoV would keep very similar XP levels for every item currently in Runescape match, so it isn't like they have to do a whole rework of their skill, as you'll be building the exact same item in multiple homes, instead of add/remove/add/remove the same thing, in the exact same place, 100s of occasions.

As a PoV would want residents, you can make building have some payout, as you act as the landlord to every house in town; you get more income for how well furnished the houses are, along with the occupants would have more troubles which would decrease your rent; e.g. busted pipe, damaged roof, etc.. Would Jagex add something like this? Who knows. Maybe. But I would not hold out for this, as it's a massive change, and using a construction training method that isn't an item/gold sink, might not be anything they would like to add. Since I have not been a fan of Buy RS gold the 120 content for some of the skills up to now, 24, I speak in skepticism.
