Although runecrafting would earn a whole lot of cash, it's terribly dull for 99 (or so I would presume ). Wouldn't it be sensible just to set a profitable goal, like 91, to find that and just casually earn money with it rather? If you find levelling battle dull, I can not imagine you enjoying heading for a skillcape. I wouldn't be concerned about your combat level, unless maybe you are looking to OSRS gold do a couple of special quests requiring 85 or even 100 battle? Just do whatever seems fun to you. It is just that I can't imagine any of your options being that pleasure given your description of yourself.
First of all, what's your runescape name? Neither of those ones you've given work on the highscores, and it would be quite nice to see your stats before giving hints. However, have you thought about setting more balanced goals, such as acheivement diaries? I'm now considerign gunning for the improved excalibur. With almost none of the"challenging" levels required, I've calculated it might take around 5M if I am lucky to level those abilities. Combat 99s for you do not seem especially appropriate , with the exception of your"banked" prayer 99. If you find levelling battle dull, I can't imagine you enjoying going to get a skillcape.
