The first Mokoko Seed can be located at the end of the first strip of the island Lost Ark Gold. It's hidden in the hut, which you are able to go into, and once you have done so, it will be visible to your right.
Mokoko Seeds Two And Three
The second and third Mokoko Seeds are found in the same area, located on the western portion of the island. It is off-map, accessible after the removal of the walls (left picture). It can also be Kir's (an NPC from the island) secret fishing spot, and you'll have to go to in order to complete the island's questline.
One of them is in plain sight on your right, the second one is completely obscured through the central bush along the path that forks. Even if you don't be able to see it, if you are walking near it, the game will give you the chance to interact with it.
Mokoko Seeds Four, Five, Six, and Seven
The last four Mokoko Seeds are all along the exact same path off-map, but getting to them can be a bit difficult to locate. In the northeastern part on the island there's the lever that you are able to lift (left image). When you pull it the jumping point will be opened to those who are directly across from the lever (right photo).
Mokoko Seeds Five and Four
Four and five Mokoko Seeds are in rather wide, well-lit areas after you have jumped across Lost Ark Gold for sale. One of the seeds is accessible via a lever that, when pulled, will give you access to a different jump point, allowing you to return to where you came from. But, don't pull it now! The two last Mokoko Seeds are further off-map.
