Being able to jump in and play at any point (like in Madden) are great, so would really having the ability to FUT 23 Coins tweak tactics as the match was in progress. The fact we still can't do any of that in 2019 is infuriating.
The pre-match mini-games count as yet another attribute overstaying their FIFA welcome with at least a couple of series entries. They are dull these days. Being honest, we'd much rather see more pre-match construct than play these minute-long slogs. Players coming by bus, press collecting to snap pics or lovers getting excited away from the ground would be preferable.

If you've got a glut of wingers and want to retrain one to play more defensively at wing back, then that ought to be possible
Also, do we make our own boss? Pretty please? Those pre-set avatars have been a great touch when they (literally) revealed confront, but they are tiresome nowadays. When polled, we find it hard to think that many Career Mode players prefer to pick Arsène Wenger's lookalike in the base right there than build their own model from the ground up.
