The Char Dham Yatra 2025 is a Hindu pilgrimage which covers four major sacred places of Hindus such as Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Char dham journey takes 11 nights and 12 days and covers approx. 1400 km.
Here is the complete 12 Days Itinerary. Follow this road map for the comfortable and hassle-free Char Dham Yatra from Delhi and make your spiritual journey memorable. You can also book a tempo traveller from Delhi, if you are going to do yatra with elders or children.
Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar (220 km/6 hrs) – Witness the soulful Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri.
Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (180 km/7 hrs) – You can take a stop at Kempty Falls before starting the journey further.
Day 3: Barkot to Yamunotri – It is a 6 km trek starts from Janki Chatti and takes you to Yamunotri Temple.
Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (90 km/4 hrs) – In Uttarkashi, you can visit the ancient Lord shiva’s Vishwanath Temple.
Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back (200 km/8 hrs) – From Gangotri after taking a sacred bath at Bhagirathi River, you can continue your journey to Guptkashi.
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (220 km/9 hrs) – Must take a stop at Tehri Dam.
Day 7: Guptkashi to Kedarnath – Then, Guptkashi to Kedarnath. it is a challenging trek of 16 km from Gaurikund.
Day 8: Return to Guptkashi after Kedarnath darshan.
Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath (200 km/8 hrs) – You can visit Tapt Kund and Mana Village.
Day 10: Badrinath to Rudraprayag (160 km/6 hrs) – From badrinath, you can continue your spiritual journey to Raduraprayag.
Day 11: Rudraprayag to Rishikesh (140 km/5 hrs) – Explore Ram Jhula and Beatles Ashram.
Day 12: Rishikesh to Delhi (240 km/6 hrs).
