Android Emulator Issues on Old Windows

    Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to run Android emulators on an older Windows setup, and I keep facing performance issues like lag, crashes, and slow loading times. I understand that older systems (especially ones similar to Windows 2000 environments or low-spec PCs) aren’t ideal, but I’m wondering if there are any tweaks or lightweight emulator options that can still work decently.

I’ve already tried adjusting RAM and CPU settings, but the performance is still not stable. My main goal is to run mobile apps and games more smoothly on PC instead of using a phone all the time. While testing different setups, I also checked some guides on https://getclashofclans.com/ which gave me a basic idea about emulator configuration, but I think my system limitations are the main challenge.

Does anyone here have experience running emulators on older Windows systems?

    • Are there any lightweight emulators you recommend?
    • Any specific settings or optimizations that worked for you?

Would really appreciate any suggestions or practical advice. Thanks in advance
