Introdução
Eu estava aqui vendo umas paradas na rpgmaker.net, e achei esse patch interessante do Cherry. Ele é bom, pois eu fazendo meus menus personalizados por aqui, tinha uma grande dificuldade de criar um menu de itens, porque é muito trabalhoso, e esse patch facilita muito as coisas.

Aplicando o patch.
PS: Acompanhe com as imagens.
Primeiro, verifique a versão do se RPG_RT com o Hyper Patcher 2, porque o patch só funciona em verões do RPG Maker 2003 1.08 e do 2000 1.07. Aproveite a deixa do Hyper Patcher 2 e faça um backup do seu projeto(após você aplicar esse patch, nunca mais você conseguirá abrir outros menus, somente o dos itens). Feito isso, baixe o Lunar IPS(início do tópico) e o Patch. Depois, execute o Lunar IPS, clique em Apply IPS Patch, procure o patch do Direct Item Menu(como você pode ver, existe a versão 2k e 2k3, escolha a correta para seu projeto) e clique em cima dele. Após isso, ele abrirá outra janela, procure o seu RPG_RT(caso não esteja aparecendo, coloque a visualização para todos os tipos) e aplique. Terminamos!

Aplicamos o patch ao seu jogo. Agora, ao abrir o menu, ele irá direto pros itens.
