Precisamos, primeiro, de um cursor, para que nós possamos saber para onde estamos indo! @_@
Este é um bem simples que eu fiz no paint ^^
Vai servir para quebrar o galho.
Vamos lá, crie um evento, processo paralelo, gráfico transparente, e faça o seguinte:
