Twitter sued Texas AG, claiming political

    Twitter is upset that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton opened an investigation into the joker madness company after banning former President Trump. CBS News Agency reported that Twitter sued Paxton in federal court accusing AG of violating the First Amendment by trying to punish the social network for exercising free speech rights on the content used by Paxton hosts. The full weight of his position in retaliation for the editorial choice he doesn't like, Twitter's lawyer said.

    Paxton himself cited Twitter's ban as "free speech" and accused the tech giants of "free speech".
