unlocked.
Select mission mode to access the "Final Rescue" mission.
Chase car mode

Achieve an "A" rank on each mission and an "S" rank on the "Bus Chase".
Final rescue mode
-----------------
Achieve an "S" rank with the Sports Car.
Disaster mode
-------------
Achieve an "S" rank in final rescue mode.
