     • Fildena 100, the active ingredient in Fildena 100, works by inhibiting PDE5, thus preventing the breakdown of cGMP, allowing for increased blood flow to the penis and helping to maintain an erection.

  2. Increased Blood Flow to the Penis:

     • By blocking PDE5 and enhancing the action of cGMP, Fildena 100 mg ensures that the blood vessels in the penis stay dilated longer, allowing for sustained blood flow during sexual activity.

  How Fildena 100 is Used:

  • Fildena 100 is typically taken as a pill about 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. It should not be taken more than once a day.
  • It requires sexual arousal to work; it doesn't cause an erection without stimulation.
  • The effects can last for about 4 to 6 hours.

  Side Effects:

  Like other sildenafil-based medications, Fildena 100 can have side effects, including headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, flushing, and indigestion. These effects are typically mild and temporary, but if they persist or worsen, it’s important to consult a doctor.
