Cheat mode:

At the main menu, press Left, Up, Left(2), B, Up, Left(2), B, Y, Down, Up, B to
unlock all tracks, riders, and unlockables in the game. Note: Use the Left
Analog-stick to enter the directions.
Space Invaders mini-game:

Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then select the Sheridan (training) track. Near
the very sharp S turn is a path leading down into the basement of the large
building (to your left). Once in the basement, you will find a brown arcade
game. Hit it to play it. You can play the mini-game as many times as desired.
Fish Bouncer mini-game on Xbox Live!:

The object is to successfully "bounce" the fishes across the toxic pond. The
scores you obtain are listed under your GamerTag on the Xbox Live! account.

Easy unlockables on Xbox Live!:

Have someone that already has the unlockables go into the lobby and send you an
invite. Then, have them turn on the unlockables that you want. Exit the lobby
and go to create a session. Save the game and it will have the selected
unlockables.
