You may have seen my last video on stretching which was geared more towards the lower body for a post run stretch:

However, I often include push-ups, triceps dips, extra lunges & sprints in my run, so it's completely necessary for a full body cool down. This week I am sharing 6 stretching I do regularly after various workouts.
Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds to get the full benefits of the stretch.
1. Seated toe reach
2. Pretzel stretch (both sides)
3. Shoulder stretch (both sides)
4. Overhead triceps stretch (both sides)
5. Doorway stretch (both sides) - move hand position lower/higher
6. Side neck stretch
