Abs of Steel - Ab Workout Part 2:
Go through all of the abdominal exercises with minimal rest in between until the end. Go for 5 rounds of this workout to really make your abs burn.
- 30 sec elbow plank
- 10 side-to-side toe taps (each side)
- 15 side plank oblique crunches (each side)
- 20 butterfly to elbow crunches
Really focus and create the best burn for your abdominals. Feeling like your abs are on fire is a GREAT thing.
Don't forget to pay attention to your form and work up to the progressions.
