For this Abs of Steel workout, go through different variations that will total 100 repetitions. Try hard to continue on and work through the burn without rest until the 100 is done. Summer time is fast approaching so aim for 5 rounds taking plenty of rest in between.
20 table top crunches
20 alternating heel taps (10 on each side)
10 bicycle-to-table top crunches
10 slow bicycle crunches
10 fast bicycle crunches
10 reverse crunches
20 heel clicks
