This Perfect 10 Leg Workout is done in 3 high intensity interval sets with 10 repetitions of each exercise.

Round 1
-10 narrow squats
-10 (on each leg)forward stepping lunges with a torso twist, alternating legs
-10 backward stepping lunges (on each leg)
Drop the weight
-10 squat jumps
-1 minute wall sit (legs at 90 degrees and back is pressed up against the wall)

Rest 2-3 minutes

Round 2
-10 squats
-10 (on each leg)forward stepping lunges with a torso twist, alternating legs
-10 backward stepping lunges (on each leg)
Drop the weight
-10 squat jumps
-1 minute wall sit (legs at 90 degrees and back is pressed up against the wall)

Rest 2-3 minutes

Round 3
-10 wide squats with toes turned slightly outward
-10 (on each leg)forward stepping lunges with a torso twist, alternating legs
-10 backward stepping lunges (on each leg)
Drop the weight
-10 squat jumps
-1 minute wall sit (legs at 90 degrees and back is pressed up against the wall)
